Member of the White River First Nation, Hayden currently resides in Faro, Yukon. The self taught carver took up the art when his wife, Sarah McHugh, suggested he try out carving. He instantly fell in love with it. Hayden’s work is known for its unique representation of nature in the antler carvings. He received the Peoples’ Choice and Artists’ Choice at Adaka Cultural Festival in 2013.
