![Yukon First Nations artists now eligible for YVR Art Foundation Masterpiece Study Program Grant]()
The YVR Art Foundation recently announced that they are now accepting grant applications from Yukon First Nations artists for their Masterpiece Study Program. Previously, only BC First Nations artists were eligible. The Masterpiece Study Program awards up to $2,500 per grant to allow artists to travel to one of the partner museums to research/study a specific area of their First Nations art collection. Partner museums include the UBC Museum of Anthropology (Vancouver), Museum of Vancouver (Vancouver), Royal BC Museum (Victoria), and The Bill Holm Center for the Study of Northwest Native Art at the Burke Museum (Seattle).
